I made an apron for K. this afternoon. I used a dishtowel that was thrifted, some gingham fabric for the pocket, and some bias tape for the top and ties. It was so fun to make, and even though it's not pink (EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! with her HAS to be pink) she absolutely LOVES it.
